^{Cancellations by phone will not be considered. Please note the following deadlines when canceling:}

^{If you cancel your participation in writing up to 48 hours before the start of the course, you will not be charged. Cancellations made later or in the event of a no-show will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If payment has already been made, there is no entitlement to a refund. This also applies in the event of illness. However, it is possible at any time for a substitute person to take part in the event on behalf of the registered person. I must be informed of this person's name and contact details by the first day of the course.}

^{You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.}

^{The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of your registration.}

^{The revocation must be sent to me in writing (e.g. email). Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.}

^{If you revoke this registration contract, I must refund all payments that I have received from you immediately and at the latest within 21 days from the day on which I receive notification of your revocation.}
